Came across this on the Bay.

Anyone have any idea of who, what when, or where? The seller has no info on it at all other than o gauge manual switches. Could they be a home brew or some obscure manufacturer? There is something stamped on the tie on the one on the left but I can't make out what it says.

Strange Switch

I have seen a pair of those switches in a hobby shop in northeast Miami FL over 20 years ago, but the owner would not sell them to me. Rather interesting item and like another person brought out about the center rail pick-up not working too good as there is a large gap in the switch area. That can be fixed by adding a wire from another engine or special set-up car with a center roller to provide power to the engine.

Looks like these are manual switches. Should be able to use a DZ-1000 or DZ-2500 switch machine with these to make it remote controlled.
