I would like to upgrade the Kline cruise. Are there parts available and is it relatively easy to do? Thanks for any information you can provide.

All you should need is a Electric RR Cruise M. Only requires one solder connection. Unfortunately they are out of stock currently but more are expected.

Well... it may take a bit more wiring. The K-Line cruise does not use the PWM motor drive signals from the R2LC, but the CC-M does use them. So, you'll have to add that cable and find the proper connection on the K-Line motherboard.

That harness used to be included with the Cruise M along with the ten pin connector. Has that been eliminated from the kit now?

Having not seen the motherboard, my concern was more along the lines of identifying the connection on it. Yes, that cable is still in the kit I believe, I actually forgot that it was supplied. I'm actually a bit surprised they still supply it, since for anything but the K-Line install, you already have the cable.
The reason I want to upgrade is I am having a problem with the cruise. When I turn the throttle up on the Cab 2 it goes very slow now matter how much throttle I give it. If I push up on the boost button the K4 starts to move and depending how long I hold the boost it moves at greater speed. I doubt this is normal. I have tried different momentums also. Any ideas?
Try the solutions in this document. No certainty, but they may help.
