Upgrading an Older Premier ABBA Diesel Set to PS-2

So here is a question for the upgrade experts. I have a 2000 Premier ABBA diesel set that is equipped with the ancient PS-1 electronics, including 4 pin pass-thru connectors between all units. I have the PS-2 conversion kits on hand including the slave board kit. After converting the A units to PS-2 electronics it seems I am going to need two complete 10 pin pass-thru cables along with the mating 10 pin male connectors to make the B units usable. Does anyone know if these are still available from MTH, or any other source if not? What about MTH part numbers?
