Upgrading to 1.5

Just watched the video from Lionel on how to upgrade to 1.5. My question is can I upgrade from 1.3 to 1.5 and skip 1.4? Or do I need to do 1.4. The instructional video was great. Also I am using the cable that came with the 990 to connect to a TMCC base. Can you get another cable?? Or do I need to by that USB cable? You can get them on Amazon for about $27.00. You can upgrade from 1.3 to 1.51 directly. If you plan to use the LSU to create 1.51 modules, then you will need to plug the base into the PC; the existing cable to the TMCC base will work if you have a DB-9 on your computer.

I bought a couple of USB<->Serial cables from NewEgg for $12, they work with both my Laptop and desktop with the Legacy, no need to spend $27 unless you want to. I've posted the model several times, and they even included free shipping.
