FYI, I just learned last year that Henri Dreyfus was a chemist who along with his brother invented celanese acetate. This when one our chemistry faculty won the Dreyfus award. Made me wonder why she would be getting an award named for a designer of locomotives among other things.
Henry Dreyfuss was the industrial designer.
