I have new Vision Line GS 1 and it ran fine for 4 days,when I went to start it up a little while ago it started up but would not move,it had sounds and whistle.I tried reset and that didn't work,any ideas.

How are you trying to operate it? Legacy, Bluetooth, Conventional?
I am operating in Legacy and know what I am Doing,my roster consists of 43 Legacy Locos and 22 MTH DCS Proto 2 & 3.
Does the cab light blink by chance? As I say that I don’t know of that is still used as a diagnostic in the new boards. Frankly all I can say is follow the manual reset the boards and try that. If you feel froggy you could open the shell and see if there is a loose wire. It’s been reported that the motor wires get awful close to the flywheel. But I wouldn’t recommend that action if you wish to get it serviced under warranty

The Cab lite did not blink,I am at a loss,I lubed it before I put it on the track and it ran Great for 4 days.I had a problem with the 2010 Vision Challenger,it went back 2 times and has never had a Problem since.
Only trying to help but I understand the frustration. I don’t know your history and you didn’t give us any indication of how you were operating it. That’s why we ask for more information
If you checked all of the usual suspects and tried it in BT and conventional then I’d have to agree with Rick that a peek under the hood or a return to Lionel is in order.
