I had the Reefers running today on the Seattle & Yakima RR. Very interesting sound bites. Sounds like some Yakima Apples may have been damaged in transit.

Very nice.
The box is cool! Oh, what, there's a train inside there! Cool! haha
They look awesome! Mine are on their way to my LHS. Usually takes a little longer for product to get up here to Canada.
You wouldn't happen to have a video with the sounds that you could post, would you?
Very, very nice looking--thank you for sharing.

Sorry, no video available. Actually I think some folks that are scale purest will think the chatter is on the hokey side..

Is the 'chatter' command driven? As in, not automatic?
I haven't unboxed mine yet...
Saw this Youtube video last night, posted by Zac Elliott, if you haven't heard the sounds yet. Great video btw.
Great video! Very good looking cars, but the sounds while standing were pretty hard to listen to. I like the reefers a lot though and wouldn't have to listen to the crew talk.

Yep, the loading and unloading chatter is command driven.

I would agree. The reefers are nice, but I wouldn't pay a premium to get those sounds. Just my opinion, but listening once to that obnoxious barking dialogue is plenty. I think the squealing flange noises would get old, too - like fingernails on a chalkboard.
Just my take. Others may groove on it.
Thanks, Bill!
Mine arrived today but won't have time to look at them for a few days.
