Vista Dome Coupler

Maybe just purchase a new truck if possible? Was it Zinc pest?

I looked into the truck as well, not available.  Not sure.  I remember zinc was an issue for cars like 20 years ago.  But idk what the issue is now.  This car is only 2 years old.

Sadly it is still around. The Lionel Super Chief cars from about 12 years ago have it in the trucks.

Can you post an image of it? Maybe another coupler/truck part will work?

Friend received a new MTH Madison car without a roller on the pickup assembly, we are currently searching for that part:-(

Not according to their website, both 03 and 73 are out of stock.  Unless you're seeing something I don't.

Can you provide photos of what is looks like, I may have one or more in my parts box, being I converted mine to Kadee couplers.

Says out of stock.

Attempted to get 4 items, all are out of stock or not listed. Will MTH begin stocking parts soon?

I just went to the link I provided yesterday. I entered DD0000073. I got 3 results. The bottom result is the same coupler (denoted by the same length in the part name (and the same based on the photos of each coupler)). We have several of those couplers in stock. (DD0000009)

On the question of restocking parts, the answer is yes. If you are subscribed to our newsletter you will see the updates of what parts are restocked every 2-3 weeks. For instance, here is the update from a couple weeks back; New Part Arrivals the week of Jan 23, 2022

With a current inventory of about 38K parts (which grows every month) we're doing our best to stay on top of what parts are in demand and what parts are not. It simply does not make sense to order additional quantities of slow/no moving parts, regardless of what business you're in. This is where the "wish list" helps guide us on what parts are in demand.
