Currently have Legacy v1.3. Any down side of not upgrading to latest version and still utilize all the features of the Vision line BB including the sensor track?
Also, has anyone connected the sensor track to Gargraves?

Yes. I believe the 1.52 software is made for the LCS items. It definitely brings iPad functionality along with it as well.
The sensor track is not out yet but I do know of a Beta tester who has interfaced it with Atlas O. The road bed needed adjusted to work with the higher plastic roadbed of the Fast Track.
I have seen the new lionel sensor track and looked over it very carefully and i am cutting it to fit into Gargraves ... The sensors on it are like a remote on a tv(was told this buy lionel). If you looked at where the sensors are on the engines they dont line up with the sensors on a lionel track and they dont have to be ...When i turned the sensor track over i noticed it was a sealed unit just screwed to a fast track..

If I decide to hold off on using the sensor track (and other LCS products), am I still ok with 1.3 for all functionality of the VL BB?
I'll update later this year and will definitely try to interface the sensor track to Gargraves.

I have to ask. Why aren't you upgrading to 1.5.2? There's no downside to it and it does give you bug fixes and some new features.
While I can't be 100% certain, I don't see any issues either. The lighting menu that 1.52 provides could be useful.
I'm with the upgraders, after running 1.52 since it was released at the club and here, I can't imagine why you wouldn't update to it.
