Been trying to find history on William Schuppner. He made some repro Voltamp Infterurbans and cabooses in the early 70’s. I only found a couple references on the TCA site regarding articles he helped with.

Yes
I am glad to see it arrived in one piece. I was somewhat concerned when packing it up. Harry

Arrived safely and tested Ok. I do need to add a rectifier so it will run on my layout.

Steve, I can't help you with a history of Mr. Schuppner, but I can give you a couple of production numbers. He made 2 of the interurbans and either 5 or 6 of the cabeese. One of the interurbans was on display at the TCA museum about 15 years ago...it was yellow. The display was put together by the late Frank Loveland.

Found that it was made by William Schuppner in the early 70's. One of the guys on the Facebook Std Gauge forum has one and has also acquired the molds they were made from. I have one, he has one and maybe TCA has one. It's possible his or mine came from the TCA Museum unless someone can confirm they still have theirs.

I like this one a little better than the Pride Lines, the sides have more definition. Nice model.
