waddling 2026 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I've restored a 2026. Cosmetically it's near perfect. Runs like a Swiss watch. However it noticeably waddles going down the track. When I manually turn the wheels while upside down I notice the wheels going in and out. Looks like the axles are slightly bent or the wheels are out of alignment. I don't know if I can fix it. Any ideas?
