They have been saying 6-8 weeks but by what I have read here it's half that time. I guess it depends on what you are getting repaired.
My son sent in his C-liner in February and got it back in early April. It suffered from the black smoke escaping the boards. Lots of new parts required, so I thought it was a very reasonable turnaround.
Lionel received my DOA Legacy engine on 4/11 - called this morning and no status update, so for me looks like the full 6-8 weeks.
I had 4 warranty returns over the past 13 months, each taking 7 to 8 weeks. From what has been previously posted in this forum, repairs for the CAB-1's and -2's are taking about 2 weeks.
