When I click on the arrow it comes up as premium content and only gives me the option to purchase.

Well, I'm not a "Premium member", and I watch the videos all the time.

This sounds like an issue for Rich to address. I never had a problem viewing videos, unless my computer didn't recognize the format. I sometimes have the same issue with certain photo posts.
You do not have to be a Premium Member to watch videos. Use the alert icon for the post in question where this video is so I can see it and take a look at what is going on.
