You probably haven't heard back from Dave/LBR because you haven't supplied what he needs to print decals.  And he's said repeatedly:  photos of the prototype and decal dimensions in mm's.

 

Also, visit his website and see if he's already done what you want in S scale.  Simple for him to enlarge to O scale.

 

EDIT:  Also, he's very busy with other O scale decals caused by his sponsorship of the OGR forum.

This is the first we have heard about this. No requests at this end that I've seen

We are working on the MISSISSIPPI CENTRAL box car decal set and should have it ready for consumption by Monday 03-23-2015. It will have the heralds in both white & black/white. Looks like the price is going to be $9.95 USD ea.

     Anyone here have any input on this decal set please speak up now. OK?

We have had an Email from an "O" gauger in Idaho that had a GREAT IDEA. As many folks have left over heralds and some make them on their ink jet computers but these same folks have no way of making WHITE VERBAGE for their cars. Can you produce a decal for this?

     The answer was a RESOUNDING YES . We will be working on a GENERIC SET of these for box cars first. Then as time permits we will produce such sets for tank cars and flat cars.

     The people here at OGR never cease to come up with the greatest ideas for decals that will help everyone.

The P&W decals can be found on the highball graphics site.

Microscale has the patch lettering in their Conrail decals sheet

You know what is REALLY missing in Decal sets? Believe it or not, it's Trailer Train 89' Flat car/ Auto rack sets in the PRE-1992 S-P-E-L-L-E-D  O-U-T logo 

Microscale only made them for 85' flats but nothing for 89' Flat's, Auto racks, Centerbeam Flats, and double stack cars!

 

 

If you can supply all of the info. and are willing to buy some we would
certainly make them.

     As promised earlier in the day we have been working on a set of GENERIC VERBIAGE in WHITE for box cars. We now have this set available for purchase.

     Now you folks that have left over heralds can use them up making box cars for your empire. Clubs can do a prototype club car for less.

     This new set is for post 1950 BC's and comes with weights & measurements clusters plus numbers for the car including the car end numbers. We have also furnished striping.
