SD40-2 1994-1995 It appears this was offered both Blue/Yellow and Red/Yellow.

 

 There were also several common steam offerings.

Thanks Mike.  I had seen the Ultraline list - but I clearly missed the GP38-2 on it.  Looks like most of the one's I mentioned are on the Gold List.  

I will miss the Weaver website.  User friendly, well done, entertaining.  IMO.

Of the models I've had the opportunity to handle, the Weaver are by far my favorite.  Scale size - but not so delicate you're worried about them breaking every time you touch them. 

Don't you mean SD40-2 rather than SD45-2? Weaver made an SD40-2 (they sold the tooling to MTH, which is still using it in modified form). I have one in Santa Fe, in the red and yellow SP merger scheme. I'm sure there were other ATSF schemes as well. I have never seen a Weaver SD45 and I don't think they made one. 

 

I believe the Weaver tooling for the E8, VO-1000, and U25B is also now at MTH. I don't know about the Alco C628/C630; since the Milwaukee Road never had those, I never paid any attention. 

Ya -  I got distracted during my post.  SD40-2. It's too bad they never did an SD45 or FP45

Which I did not buy . . .   Bad move on my part.  Had the full set of extended exhaust stacks.

The Alco C628/630 also went to MTH. Weaver and MTH had C628 in SF livery. But note SF never owned any C628/630s

Our shop handled some of the Weaver diesels of the day in 1990-1995. Especially nice were the SD40 in Santa Fe as mentioned above. The merger scheme was my favorite as I'd not seen that done is O gauge at the time. We also had the Red/Silver Warbonnet and the blue & yellow warbonnet scheme. I have the blue one today...

I have their RS3 with the old center mount motor. I also have the Milwaukee 261 in brass. Beautiful model.

Pennsylvania VO1000 were made with I think two different releases I know that mine have TMCC with and without EOB.
