I just paged through Weaver's website and discovered they were going to have in hand Commonwealth passenger trucks,

as of this past December.   Did not see an illustration, and I don't know what "Commonwealth" ones are, vs. the old Walthers' heavyweight ones, but do these mean Weaver has a source for trucks and may get back in some of their 7XX series of trucks?

If you click on the part number it'll show a photo of the trucks:

They look nice, not sure how accurate as I didn't check them against anything.

I bought a 5-car set of Weaver N&W passenger cars a while back and the trucks on them were all 7 foot centers wheel-to-wheel.  I replaced them with some Lionel/K-Line trucks with 8-1/2 foot centers because the 7-footers just looked undersize, but they are nicely detailed.  They are not the same as the trucks you mention.

One thing you have to watch for is where the pivot point is on the truck.  The P746 above appears to be centered between the wheels, the Weaver trucks on my N&W cars had offset pivot points.  The Lionel/K-Line trucks I replaced them with had center pivot points.  This meant I had to make a piece that would put them in the correct position ( "wheel well" openings in the sides of the car body), wasn't hard to do just time consuming.
