My first post in O scale!
being a N scaler for 30 years and a sucker for anything with Western Maryland on it, I recently bought a Weaver RS3 like new still in the box. However, it has no couplers...can someone tell me what and where to buy?
i kinda like this...at 67 it's nice to play with a loco I can actually see!

If it is the 2 rail fixed pilot version Kadee 805's bolt right on to the mounting posts. They can be purchased on eBay or at most hobby shops selling O scale. P&D Hobbies in Michigan is a good 2 rail O scale supplier.

If it is a fixed pilot, single motor drive (the original versions), the Kadee 805s or any new 900 series Kadee with the standard Kadee size box will work. You do have to file off the mounting hole rings on the sides of the box to slide the box into the coupler pocket from the outside on the pilot.
I have a couple where both coupler mounting screwholes are not spaced quite right for the Kadees and I use only one screw. The pilot holds the coupler straight with only one.
Hopefully the loco came with 2-56 coupler mounting screws. They are easy to find however, I think 3/8 inch 2-56 work fine.
