Scott I do not know if you knew Mr. N. Washer, he was a big Lionel Tin Plate guy and he would love what you have done with this layout at  The VTM. You should be proud of it both you and your son.

Q2 #6184 hauling coal through Northbrook. I got it all set up and hope to film the run vid this weekend.

For another topic, I posted some photos of my Passenger Sharks to answer a question.  Since I was already in the file, and I really like this AB consist, I thought I post some more photos here.  The video was from a while back - no B unit because it is not picking up the TMCC signal reliably. Enjoy.

Things are busy at the Sunoco pumping station.

I needed  a caboose to run with the 10 LCCA NS flag cars. I changed this from CSX to NS.  Turned out OK.

I have the boxcar in the photo.  You stated "10 LCCA NS flag cars".  I just did a search and could not find any others.  Was that a series?

Sorry for the confusion l have 10 total of the same car there is only one from the LCCA. Hope to add more.

This is one of my favorite weekly threads. I don't post often, but I do look forward to seeing others' photos. This past summer, I was waiting for my wife at a doctor appointment. I have wanted to get photos of a massive trestle and raised on steel rail line that crosses the Susquehanna River between Kingston and Wilkes-Barre called the Gauntlet. I haven't researched the origin of the name yet, but that is on my list. Anyway, I took several photos on the Kingston side in the summer, and several more from the W-B side during two of my wife's doctor appointments. I also took several photos of remnants of abandoned rail and trolley bridges that parallel the river. I will break these up into three weekly segments, as there are quite a few photos. I will start this segment on the Kingston side. This rail line is now used by Norfolk Southern.

This is a 4650 cu ft cylindrical covered hopper built by National Steel Car.
