Thanks,

How do you like the factory?    I was thinking of buying it for the new layout once I finalize a trackplan.  Didn't know if it looked smallish or not

As you can see,  I had to lose that garish yellow and those grotesque things masquerading as headlights

The measurements for the model were taken by Matchbox from a friend Jerry's 38 Studebaker Coupe Express

They originally were going to produce it in a blue-gray, the same color as his.

They did give him three to match his truck, but I haven't been able to talk him out of one.

Great Studebaker trucks – where can I order one these – my grandfather had one from the ‘30’s and one from the ‘50’s

I would give my right arm for one of - - no, wait a minute - - probably not - - I would give “moonman’s” right arm for one of these!

Thanks, rdeal

James,

The cars are MTH, they came in 2 car sets, the first, 20-69143 I purchased new, the second, 20-66179 I purchased on the Forum from Dave (Rocky Mountaineer).

Nice video & unusual coaches, custom? James

Got a new camera so I was playing around last night.

Three rally cars on a flat bed!  I love rally racing!

The old section of town appears to be busy!  Ethyl's son has an El Dorado up on the rack.  Man I love those old Caddies!

Saw two of my favorite paint schemes in the train yard.  Rio Grande and an Alaskan Genset!  Plus the two Jeeps doesn't hurt the picture.  I bet some rich guy is shipping them up to Alaska or Colorado for his upscale hunting camp vehicles.

Downtown is busy too!

All the new "MUST HAVE" tractors are lined up waiting for a new home.  Come on down and get one today!

Two PS4 trailers with the old Pacemaker pup trailers on them acquired from a fellow forumite.

Another shot of busy old part of town.  Two Sherman's headed back to the armory after a show.

Every time I see this old junkyard I think of a cool ratrod I could build!

More pics please.  Which Lionel General is this?

Richie

It's the Lionel 6-18723.  I have a second original paint example that I'll pose with this one when I take more pics tomorrow.

This weekend we ran the AC-9 along with a set of the new Vision Line PFE reefers out at the Club.  Wow, that sound reefer is cool!

Last weekend, we ran the pink GG-1.  Consist included a modified rotary snow plow, a camera caboose (facing Lightning McQueen), and two auto carriers full of Alexa's Disney Cars.

LOL! Hey Tackindy, also include me on that a ratrod build!

Great shoots! I am a car nut in Alaska, though I am not the rich guy. But I have similar interests to yours; I enjoy autocrossing my car in Sports Car events. I'll have to figure a way to add that to my layout!!!
