For perspective purposes:
Hanging out on the 6x11 this past week........as a kid, this would have been a dream layout.....
Note.........that I use my RailScope Geep as a reliable dual can motored conventional engine with a nice paint scheme......RailScope.....a vision that was too far ahead of the available technology....
Have a great and safe weekend, folks.....

Some local pictures.....these were hanging in the hall on way to the Men's room at a local mall.....
1st, the iconic Triple Crossing.....
Next, a Seaboard Air Line passenger train crossing the James River in the 1930s....

Passengers waiting to board,
That is some nice bridgework, SIRT:
Very realistic and well-executed.

Thanks PD
I have 112 photo albums on Shutterfly.
Here is the how to build photos of them in the Construction Album.

Peter, I think what goes on in the way to the Mall's men's room should generally remain between you and your God (this is a family friendly forum after all). However, for those pics, I think we can all make an exception, LOL!
Thanks Scott for getting us started! Here are my photos of the fun kind for this fine weekend! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!

Hectic day yesterday, so just getting around to posting now. Here are some shots of a PC maintenance train passing over the Andersen Road crossing a few west of Lewistown back in 1968, including the real place as it looks today...

No, Islandmodelworks 2r. It also ran outside in Brooklyn as a BMT in the 1950's.
We can only hope. Still waiting after 10 + years.

Love the camper. My parents had that one in a 1972 GMC Forrest Green Metallic & white top truck. Kon-Tiki camper. Often, we traveled around the Nort East viewing scenes as shown above. Lots of state stickers on the back, LOL!

Steve,
I appreciate you pointing out the camper. That is a very unusual model and the story of how I came across it and what I had to pay for the darn thing (sigh) is quite interesting. I'll use closeup photos of the camper and the story behind it for next week's "Weekend Photo Fun."
Western Pacific Center Beam flat cars built by Thrall Car used to be in freight train on the Grand Trunk Western in the 1990's.
I got the LIONEL O gauge versions of the Western Pacific Center Beam flat cars to recreate the look of the freight trains of the 1990's.
