Factory finished or painted can mean several levels of finish.
Brass: In the early years of F/F work a variety of qualities can be found from film decals to pad decoration. Bad finish to supurb. Screening to reverse decals. Today we see Tampo graphics and inks rather than paints.
Importers often hired pro-painters here in the US often seen on OMI boxes "factory painted for OMI" for example. All of roger's Wasatch F/F cars were done here in Colorado back in the 90's.
A local master pro-painter was sent to Korea to train the Korean builders in the early 90's he still paints at a high rate today.
