I remember that the North Carolina Rail Yard Buddies and the Eastern Carolina Railroaders - two very good O gauge clubs in NC - used to exist. I wonder what happened to them now that I don't see any additional information on them.
I’ve lived in eastern NC for a long time now, and I’m unaware of both of those clubs...what town(s) are/were they based out of?.....only club I’m aware of in eastern NC is the Albemarle Railroad Club based out of Elizabeth City NC....maybe some clubs down towards the Wilmington area too, but that’s even far away for me....I’m closer to Norfolk Va...
Eastern Carolina Railroaders is/was based in Greenville, NC, while the North Carolina Rail Yard Buddies is/was located in the Mocksville, Winston Salem, Greensboro, and Lexington North Carolina area.
