Looks great. Did you heat the spikes to press them into the ties?

I'm intrigued by the linside detail of the rail fence and girders. Very nicely done. Did you use Steve Grabowski's hairpin stanchions?

Matt,  That's the first thing that came to my mind also.  I remember watching in the 1940's, guys spiking HO rails with long nose pliers to Tru-Scale roadbed.

John, sure looks very Pennsy to me, wonderful stuff, and that duck under blends quite well I'd say. I did some plastic tie spiking to add bridge guard rails back in my HO days...predrilled the ties to get the spikes in...which I suspect you did as well?

I've put in guardrails by drilling pilot holes and spiking to just a few ties, but you take the cake with all of those you've done. I'll bet you had a few drinks after that, maybe during, maybe right now.

 WOW! Love looking down the track on that top photo. That trackwork is the model. Where's Ed? I bought some smaller rail to do my bridges and never attempted it.
