What's up with Grandt Line?

Your calls have gone unanswered?  Odd.  I've always gotten a nice person on the other end of the line to talk to in the past.

Their WEB site is still up and running.

I was recently in contact with the Grandt Line folks via Email. I received replies very quickly.

Normally Liz answers the phone.  Super nice person!  Goes downhill quickly from there.

 

I'll ask Lou Cross.  He deals with them all the time.

No problem here either, maybe your order didnt go through? You order from them or a dealer? Card get charged?

Yes!

I placed in order in February.  After repeated calls it was finally filled and

shipped in June.  They blamed deaths in the family.  Not how I would run a business.

Well until you run a business and deal with something like that, you wont know how you will react. I have and there is no by the book to follow. You do things you may not want to as at the time it seems the best solution. Next time, hopefully people can plan their deaths around your orders, so they dont inconvience you getting a half dozen windows.

with Valley Model Trains in Wappingers Falls, NY,

He carries an extensive stock, web site lists available

quantities. Patrick fills the order quickly and ships USPS

Priority Mail. In Connecticut I usually receive my order in 3-4

I finally got a hold of them yesterday. They said their phone lines have been down. 

I certainly was relieved to learn that they have not also shut their doors. You just never know in this current market!!!
