I would love to see a nice church. Not a glorified plasticville church neither. Lit with sound module of a piano. Preferably Christmas music.
My vote would be for a suburban 1 story block of stores that you could name and set the stores as you want and size the area. Have a show store, barber shop, fish market etc.
A medium sized white clapboard church
A 3 door 2 story brick fire house
And the tough one - stores and industries built without Menards brand plastered all over them. If this is not possible at least include the Menards signage as something that the buyer applies rather than factory applied. I don't want the towns on the layout appearing like they are owned by an oligarch.
