where did you find your PINK with RED standard Gauge Set??

Frank’s Roundhouse made some back in the late 1980’s.  There’s one on page 3 of the attached scan of their 1989 Tinplate Classics catalog.

Terry H, you are killin' me. The pink/red combination is FABULOUS. Guess I ain't gonna buy the Lionel all pink repro local and tender set I have on watch on evilBay after all. Someday, a pink/set set will come my way. Patience. A value I sorely lack.

Like Tom Snyder, I want to someday convince MTH to make me a custom name Tinplate Water Tower, in either the pink or MTH purple

Just the 408E engine in Pink/Red only, not the entire set pictured in the upper photo- right??

Speaking as a SG newbie, what does a 384 look like compared to a 408E?

Those are 418 cars the engine must be all Pink to match.

It seems like you are not a fan of eBay but there is a pink engine for sale.  just search up: VINTAGE LIONEL PINK # 38 LOCOMOTIVE B0DY STANDAND GAUGE RESTORED

Actually I use the evilBay all the time, I call it that cuz' it takes all my money, and makes it too easy to buy things (like Amazon) !
