Can anyone tell me how to add smoke fluid to the whistle smoke on my new MTH Premier Heavy Pacific 4-6-2 (MTH item #20-3813-1)? Or does it share a smoke reservoir with the stack smoke? My engine did not come with any instructions and the full Operator’s Manual on MTH’s website doesn’t appear to make any reference to the whistle steam feature.

Any idea how many drops of smoke fluid should be added to refill? The new MTH Premier Big Boy manual says 8 drops.
No idea on how much, still waiting on mine.
The new MTH Premier Heavy Pacific is a beautiful model that also runs and sounds great!
My only complaint is the gap between the engine and tender. Since my tightest curves are O-54, I was able to replace the 50mm wireless drawbar with a 45mm drawbar (comes in Drawbar Set #20-89020) to close the gap a bit. This modification does require filing a bit off the corners of the vertical plates at the front top of the tender to keep the cab roof from striking the tender on curves. See the blue arrow in my photo.
