I am running 3 TIU's and WI FI's in super TIU mode.  The first wifi unit 47BE is the modem. The 2nd wifi unit 34DA is the first slave and the 3rd wifi unit 34C8 is the 2nd slave.  They are all updated to 1.1 firmware. The 1st wifi is set to MTH network. Both slave wifi units are set to home network. The 1st 2 wifi units run fine.  The 3rd one does not.  The engines will continue to run however I have no speed control or sound control while they are in the section of track controlled by the 3rd wifi unit. I have full control of the engines using the remote.

I ran 2 track signal tests.  The first using the remote - all 10's.  The second using the wifi.  The sections of track controlled by the 1st 2 wifi's are 10's.  When the engine reaches the section of track controlled by the 3rd wifi unit it reads "read failed".

When I first start up the wifi units the WPD lights on all units blink rapidly then go out.  The blue wifi lights , purple TIU lights and yellow PWR lights are on for all a wifi units. I am using the purchased $4.99 app.

Any suggestions on how to correct the 3rd wifi unit?

No, you only think you are. Most likely, that's your problem.

If I remember correctly the TIU's can't be in super mode to work properly.

Actually, the TIUs can be in Super mode (although it's actually the remotes that are in Super mode), however, the DCS App Standard (currently available) version does not support Super TIU Mode.
