I have the premium app installed, I still can't transfer my remote information, something in my file is causing that, MTH has my file and is working on it.
First, I've learned that the clone file that I submitted to MTH on your behalf is corrupted and that's why it won't work. I suggest that you delete the contents of the remote and create a new clone file. It's possible that if you used that ile to restore a remote you might well have problems.
Before you ask, I'll advise you that it's impossible at this time to know what might have caused the file to become corrupt, or when it might have happened.
So thought I would enter all my locomotives and accessories manually well I can't do that either, screen comes up no TIU found. Had two engines in there from before premium app installed , tried to run those and they disappeared when selected. I am on MTH wifi.
Regarding the issues with the app not finding the TIU:
- The issue is most likely not the TIU.
- Did you do an app refresh before attempting to operate anything?
- What do you mean "they disappeared when selected"? They should not simply vanish. More likely is that they went inactive.
- What LEDs are lighted on the WIU?
- Have you upgraded the TIU to DCS 6.0?
- How are the WIU and TIU connected?
- How is the TIU powered? If it's only being powered via a USB connection with the WIU, that's not good enough to operate DCS engines.
