The Baldwin Shark (RF-16 class designation) was a 1,600-horsepower cab unit-type diesel locomotive built for freight service by the Baldwin Locomotive Works between 1950 and 1953. Used mostly in passenger service then later in freight service, the RF-16 had a most distinctive Sharknose car body that set it apart from all the other locomotive manufacturers. Williams has produced the more popular paint schemes like the Pennsylvania Green 5-Stripe.
