williams terains

Are Williams trains "scale" size or other? Is there any way to tell from a product number?

Any experience with their locomotives or passenger cars?

They seem real nice(from their pictures and description) but I've got no experience with them.Please advise

Some are scale, some are not. There is no "easy" way to tell. You can check the dimensions advertised for a particular model and compare them to the scale measurements.
