Guys. So many colors I've seen on smoke units. So I have yellow and white on my gs4. Which ones +? I wanted to tap power for my flickering firebox. Thanks chris

Chris, IS this a PS-1 GS-4? If this is PS-2, I would tap into the Head Light circuit before I would use the smoke fan 5V. I would use Purple + wire a current limiting resistor around 300 to 470 ohm and use the headlight light blue wire as DC Ground. This would make it controllable.
For PS-1, I have found that white or blue smoke fan wires are normally + and yellow is -. G
The lights will really flicker with the smoke motor drive, it's going to be going on and off!
If you plan on using some flickering LED's for the firebox, you'll have to add a filter cap for the DC you tap off the light circuit, the logic in the flickering LED doesn't like the PWM signal that drives the lights.
That will work.
yup, it worked, but....... because I made the module too large, it hit the can motor and so, I had to remove the setup anyway! so, I removed it for now. The mars light works great and the rest. so, onto other things! ill show a test video later on.
