I have this board, and it seems like the red and black wire go to track, then there are 2 white wires and a brown and blue wire, any one know which goes where??

Do you have a photo of the circuit board? There have been many circuit boards produced by both Williams and WBB. Or maybe you can get instructions from Bachmann/Williams on their website.

The white wires are 95% of the time for the reverse lockout switch. The brown and blue wires are for the motor.

You can see the roller and wheels are labeled, so are the motor leads. The white wires don't really need to be connected to anything for normal operation, they just lockout the reverse function.
Now that I think about it, it may come out of a Kline SD75.
