I am in the final stages of converting my conventional Lionel Speeder to TMCC by using the Lionel RCM2 board.  It actually works, but the connections to the track aren't stable.  I think I may be pinching some wires when trying to cram all that stuff back in.  Since this will be TMCC and the track power will be at the max, what is the minimum gauge wire I can use.  I currently am using 22, but would like to go to 28 or 30.   I'd be using Kynar wire as well which I think has a thinner outer coating.  The motor inside is a small DC motor.

I need to point out that gunrunnerjohn has been a big help in this project.
