Wiring two No 154 crossing signal to be activated from two separate track

I have two isolated sets of track connected to the same transformer. I want to create a crossing that is realistic. One signal and one crossing gate on the outside of the two track which are both activate regardless of which track the train is approaching. I have been able to wire the crossing gates so that this works, but I have no figured out how to wire the crossing signals activated by the 154C connectors to get both to be activated when a train is approaching on either track.

Is it even possible?
