Would somebody kick the server for me

I need someone to check the backoffice and reset my profile so that I can alter it. After a failed attempt to upload a picture to my signature the site wanted me to re-check the T/C box, which I did. Thereafter, the site would return a error message and not accept the signature or image each time I attempted to update my profile. The T/C box no longer appears. What's up?

The error message was "Your request could not be completed at this time due to an unknown system error. Reference ID: 9173459922025084[51342452][-1711562061]TUR-16PORTFOLIOS.r16081.b249-db075.ps001-2"
