1122c controllers for 1122/1122E remote control switches:
Your switch there is a 1122E.
Alternatively, you could use a 5121/5122 controller for single switches:

Thanks for the help. Everyone on this forum has been very helpful.
Are the 1122E switches generally fairly or very reliable? I have found one on Ebay but it is being sold "untested". I just wanted to poll the community to see if buying an untested 1122 is worth the risk or not. Thanks again
I find that 1122 switches are reliable and cheap enough ($15 a pair) that if they manually move, are complete, and shows no physical damage, they are generally a good bet.
The shipping for just one is probably not worth it. You want to find a good size lot to make the unit price more affordable, like $10-$15 a pair, including shipping.
Are you looking for O27 switches? I have some extra 1121 switches along with switch controllers. Could sell you 4 or 6 of them, matching left and right. I also have two modern O27 switches (5121 and 5122) with controllers.
I have the 1122 switch so all I need is the controller. In my post above, I intended to ask if the controllers are reliable since the one on Ebay is untested. Yes, RAISING4DAUGHTERS, I would be interested in a controller only (again, I have the switch) if you have an extra one and also if it's tested and works properly.
