Currently building a 9 x 12 Fastrack layout, that consists of an outer oval, inner oval and an elevation. I am using a Lionel ZWL transformer. My question is I want to assign each section of the layout to its own throttle on the ZWL and have the fourth throttle for accessories. How do I isolate/assign each section of track to a throttle to control each track running multiple trains at the same time?

Electrically isolate the center rail between sections/blocks. This can be done by modifying existing track pieces or using http://www.lionel.com/products...lock-section-6-12060
