Does the DZ 1011 Block Signal include a timer such that when it changes from green to red does it stay red for a set time in seconds and then turns back to green? This is how the Lionel mainline block target signal works with the separate Lionel 153IR controller.

Essentially....yes. Roughly 2-4 seconds. It's not adjustable and there are slight variations from signal to signal. But there is an undeniable delay.....that I think works well.
BTW: WAY more easy than working with a 153IR controller, IMHO.
Rod, I have had the same experience that Berkshire described with the DZ 1011 block signal. They work very well.
