Z1000 Will thow only in 1 direction

On my ROSS crossover, one Z1000 was only throwing one way. I removed it and tested it on the bench with the same problem. I had a couple more Z1000s laying around, so I tested those too. All 3 only throw one way. Are they all bad, or is there something I can do or try.
