Just use the keyboard copy text function and create a new post in the destination thread and paste the text in. If desired, you can delete the original post from the source thread.
Dallas, I have done what John described. If you were wanting to have some kind of link between the two, I don't think you can, and for that matter, I don'n think they would want that. I could be wrong there.
Here’s what I have done. I hope Mark doesn’t mind my using a post from his thread.
@Mark Boyce posted:John, I'm glad this knee is going better than the other one!! Congratulations on getting the 3D printer! Making your own small details would be of great benefit. I am always glad to receive prayers!
Test. I started a Reply With Quotes, but didn’t post it. I copied the contents and pasted them here. I’ll find out if it links to the original thread after I post this.
EDIT: It does not link back to the original thread.

Actually, you can copy a link to the original as well, but didn't sound like what he wanted.
Mark, here's a link to your post...
Pretty slick, Dave and John!!!
Able to get a download to files but after reading reviews for an app to open the files it was a real PITA or very costly . However..........this came up....
........I did a " screenshot " of the original reply instead of having to open the pdf file I originally tried,
Of course there isn't any access to the video since it only qualifies as a photo.

However.......if you haven't deleted the video you can go to your video files and post .
