I have a light that's out on a tower of  lights for my train yard. I'm not sure of the manufacturer. Please see picture. I'd rather not to take it to the train repair shop just to change the light because I think I can do it myself if I know what bulb to put in the socket. Please see enclosed picture of the structure.

Secondly and this might cost more and be more difficult to repair. At least two of my Fastrack switches let the locomotive through when their thrown but then they apparently derail the attached cars on the train because they don't stay in the switched position. What can I do? Do I need to buy better switches or add something to them to make them function properly?

Thanks.

You don't need to "buy anything" or change switches. What you do need to do is likely test the anti-derailing function and determine if you have an issue.
