I have a 259E Loco (Gray) that runs great, however upon closer inspection, I see it has two different length Side Rod Spacers, not sure why one would be shorter than the other. The longer one is definitely the better fit. I can't find any spacer in Hennings Trains parts that lists the 259 engine.. it goes from 258 to 260 engines... my luck... I suppose I should be calling Hennings....

According to my 1941 Lionel Parts Lists, the 259E uses the 257-40 spacer. I don't know why Hennings does not list it as an application:
Thank you. That does look like the spacer I need however, the ad doesn't reference the 259 engine either... strange... I've attached a page from my Olsen's trains catalog which shows the 259 linkage with the spacer as being an altogether different part number...
