313 Bascule Bridge

i am repairing a pre war 313 Bascule Bridge and need help re assembling the contractors and 4 insulators that attach to the bottom of the gear box. The rotating arm extending from the gear box makes contact with the top metal piece and pushes down on the others to make contact.

looking for a good diagram or explanation.
