3D Printing: Lionel ACF Aluminum Hopper End Frames

A couple of my favorite Lionel ACF aluminum hoppers are the UP (6-27461) and BN (6-27464). Unfortunately, you can't find either one immune from the zinc pest. Those 2 runs of cars developed bent/warped ladders and bulging end frames. Is there anything that 3D printing can do to help restore these freight cars?
