So, Lionel changed how you get access to their manuals.

You now have to use their parts look-up to gain access to the manuals.

Here are the steps.

1. Go to the Lionel.com Website
2. Click on the Lionel support (https://www.lionelsupport.com/)
3. Enter the catalog number of the set 6-18116 in the search window.
4. Press enter - This will take you to the results page.
5. Select the 6-18116 selection ( the only option shown).
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
   There you will find the (3) manuals that you are looking for.
7. Select the top option (view).

This should bring up a PDF of the manual you are looking for.  The other 2 views are the pictures of the parts breakout for the engine and one for the dummy.
