I had received from a friend the Atlas Three Stall Round House.  My friend had purchased it used but one thing led to another and the inside of the box was never checked.  When I received it was missing parts and assembly instructions.  I contacted Bill Serratelli from Atlas who sent me a pdf of the instructions immediately.  I put together a sizable list and I received the missing parts today for a fair price.  Thank you Atlas and Bill for going the extra mile to help a fellow modeler.

I had a similar and also very nice experience trying to get some switch parts  a few months ago. I think it was also Bill that helped me get them. He was very informative, knew the switch parts well and took the time to help me with the ones I needed. The parts were not in their price sheets or parts lists, he knew what they were and looked them up somehow and then checked to make sure they had them. He was never in a hurry to get me off the phone like some places are and was really a great help.

I have also asked Atlas questions about a couple of their items and they bent over backwards to answer them. Even had one of the engineers email me with more information. They have been like this every time I have contacted them. Atlas is top notch for customer service (and products) in my book.

John D,

IMO Atlas is a grade A company, this year when I had my Little Atlas Angle train take a nose dive of the 2nd level of my Christmas layout, due to a DCS run away problem. I called the order in for the replacement trucks and other small parts I needed for repairs, and Atlas got them to my door in 2 days, and that was around Christmas time.

These guys at Atlas know their business, and I love their Atlas O Master Series Box Cars, the detail is fantastic on them.
