Just got back to my motel from taking a long look at this wonderful layout. It is BIG, but it is much BIGGER than this ole boy from Missouri thought. And the details and craftsmanship is out of this world. Well worth the trip half way across the USA.

I want to thank Chris Lord for introducing everyone to me, the kitchen staff and all of the members of this club are great. I just wanted to say thank you for taking your time to share this wonderful layout with me, my wife Louanna and everyone else. If you have not been to see this layout, you must go to New Jersey.

As soon as I get my photos downloaded, I will post some photos.

Thanks again for your hospitality.

I took over 250 photos, still cannot believe this layout, here are just some of the photos I hope you enjoy.

If you right click on a picture and then click "open link in new window", you will get a full scene shot that will give a lot of detail...  Hope you enjoy and I appreciate you taking the time to look.

Roger,

I'm glad you enjoyed the visit.  And especially glad to meet your wife and see you in person again after these few years.  I first met Roger (and Alan Arnold) at the 1st TW Trainworx layout festival.  Glad your York trip was able to include us.  Hopefully you'll be able to make it back for another York and another visit in the not too distant future. See you around the forum.

Mike, I happen to be in NJ for work through Friday AM and I only get up here every few years. As always, I'm a day late (literally) and a dollar short! I understand that your public show is over. That said, is there any possibility of making an informal visit to your layout this week? It looks incredible!

Many thanks,

P.S. You may recall me from having bought some freight cars from you earlier in the year. Thanks for that!

Roger....so glad you and Louanna were able to make the trip to both York and the NJHR layout.  The pictures are fantastic....WOW....!!  I hope some day to be able to see it in person.  I have met several of the members and all of them have been top notch, great guys.  They do so much for our hobby as well as helping various organizations...like this year's calendar.  Thanks go out to Chris for showing you around and to the rest of the group too!

Alan
