I saw a posting for a z gauge layout. I pursued and was able to get it. It is a marklin Cortina model layout with everything. It needs some love but very exciting for me. I have a marklin set but no layout, now I have both. It has 4 wall power packs and a transformer. I get the layout to light up. I can get a locomotive to run but I am alligator clipping to the track. I don't know where to begin to search underneath to see where to connect to track power. I would love a manual, in English vs German and an expert who might guide me. I plan to take it to school to show my students. Anybody help me out? I will include pictures. I know rrx runs crossing, LTS for lights, are the others for switches? Yd1 yd2 and lh left hand and rh right hand my guess. The other panel is for running trains and the tracks that get power? Inner, outer, and yard I guess and cab 1 and 2 for speed control as they spin? Toggle switches underneath for? Any info greatly appreciated.
