Adding ERR RailSounds Commander to ERR Cruise Commander

The ERR Rail sounds kit has a wire that connects the sound board to the cruise commander. Use the speaker and baffle that comes with the kit. Also I believe that PS1 coupler will blow the triac for the coupler so you may want to get an ERR or Lionel coupler.

The PS1 coupler is compatible with ERR.  It is the PS2 and PS3 couplers that have a different impedance.

Well nevermind then LOL. I always forget which ones don't work. Plus I usually replace them because I like shorter couplers.

If the Cruise Commander and RS board are both in the engine then you can get power directly from the CC board. If the RS board is in the tender then you can get power from the track if the tender has rollers making sure outside and center rail is correct. Otherwise you will need to assign two wires in the tether for power.
